Beautiful property- a great place to relax and unwind!
The property is beautiful! - the staff is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much! We had appointments at the spa and relaxed at the pool and even saw a sloth in the nearby trees!
The bedding could have been a little softer. And the lighting in the room was a bit harsh.

The location is perfect, dining room staff remarkable, breakfast buffet could use an upgrade.
The staff in the dining room was top notch! Gabriel, Rachael, Christian and Kevin were the best part of our stay. They were courteous, friendly, professional. Truly enjoyed meeting each of them.
We had a hot tub outside our room that had no hot water, the water pressure in the showers in the room was inconsistent. At one point we had no water in the sink or shower. We spoke to the front desk staff multiple times about it. Each time we were told they would send someone. No one ever came and nothing was ever fixed.

nice resort, beautiful garden, friendly staff, food to expensive
beautiful garden, nice pool area, room was comfortable and clean ,(we had the casita with the whirlpool), friendly staff, especially the guy who worked at the pool bar. internet was good
the first night the food at the restaurant was good, second night not really. they forgot to serve the side dishes, meat and fish was overcooked, gniocchi was not tasty at all. and it’s quite expensive. that was a bummer.
